texTRACTOR - NLP annotation for clinical notes

texTRACTOR is a pain labeling web application for clinical notes developed in Python FLASK.

texTRACTOR allows doctors to review patients’ consultation notes and manually annotate their pain score. texTRACTOR includes tools to extract text data from microsoft .doc or .docx files. texTRACTOR allows multiple users to work on the same or separate dataset.
