Bhumika is a MITACS Globalink Research Intern 2022 under the supervision of Dr. John Kildea at McGill University Health Centre, and an undergraduate student studying Computer Engineering at Aligarh Muslim University. Her research project is to design a robust blockchain communication infrastructure and data presentation format for Opal such that patients will seamlessly receive all their data from all their hospitals all at once. It is about designing and implementing a blockchain data donation solution by building on existing ideas and prototypes and developing new strategies.
