SDD-NGS Simulator
A tool to simulate genome sequencing of irradiated cells
This is a tool to simulate Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) of radiation-exposed cells using a Standard DNA Damage (SDD) data file from Monte Carlo simulations of cell irradiations. SDD-NGS Simulator can perform both bulk- and single-cell whole genome DNA sequencing.
