rtdsm

rtdsm is the first fully open-source software for radiotherapy dose-surface map generation and analysis.

rtdsm was created by Haley Patrick as part of her PhD studies. It accepts standard DICOM-RT files as input and can produce dose-surface maps using planar and no-coplanar slicing with fixed or scaled slice spacing. rtdsm is being experimentally validated using film measurement by Haley for her PhD thesis.
