RadiSeq: a single- and bulk-cell whole-genome DNA sequencing simulator for radiation-damaged cell models.

I’m delighted to share this new research paper by PhD student Felix Mathew in my research group. It describes RadiSeq, a first-of-its kind simulation framework to model the whole-genome DNA sequencing of cells that are exposed to ionizing radiation. Using RadiSeq, it is now possible to undertake end-to-end Monte Carlo modelling of cell irradiation through to DNA sequencing to produce genomic predictions that can be compared with experiments.
